Family Fundays

Here at Funday, we specialize in arranging family fun days, this is where our name came from, we can tailor make you a package for you School, company, village Fete/fair or any other function you have in mind.

Starting from the first contact with our trained staffed in the office, we will arrange a meeting and site visit with you at a time convenient to you. we will then discuss all details and ideas you would have for the event, we will discuss a budget for the event, the layout you have and all concerns that you may have.

once we have completed the site visit, we will work on a great package for the event, this will include everything from the items to health and safety and security, we can also cater for the food, music, how the event will run and any announcements/speeches that you may want to make, we will then you a detailed proposal and site map with locations of all the items for you to read through and if you have any changes to make, we will be happy to talk with you regarding these. once agreed, we wait for the fun.

The day of the event will be made stress free as we will be on site hours before the event start time, our staff will set up everything in the locations stated in the proposal, any food/drink/stage/marquee will be erected, all staff will be briefed and the day can start.
